Hi.
While I calling a certain numer the only I can hear is "sorry your call cannot be continued". The number I want to call is on 3 network, this problem started about week ago. It never happened before, always everything was fine.

Maybe that number has blocked you by accident.
Ask them to check their blocked calls list.

If its just the one number it's likely a blocking issue. Have you checked both phones? Both of you try deleting each other's contact details and re-entering them.

Have you contacted 3 about this, as it sounds like a block possibly at Network level, so would start with 3

You can call their customer services on 333 from a Three phone.
That will be more useful than going in store tbh.
