Hiya, M7 users!
So, good news - Lollipop is coming and it's heading your way soon! We're hopeful to have the latest update approved and sent back to HTC over the next few days and if everything goes smoothly, we hope you'll start seeing the OTA update roll out towards the end of next week.
I'll give everyone a heads up when it starts pushing out but if it happens to go out early, please do let us know how you get on and what changes or improvements you've noticed since going from KitKat to Lollipop.

I got the update on my M7 last night and although I had no major problems, there are a few glitches:
1. I kept getting a notification saying one of my apps required Google Play Services to be updated but nothing happened when I opened it and no update was available for the app. I rebooted and tried it again this morning thoough and the "open" button changed to "update" so I updated it and the notification has gone away.
2. The stock HTC Facebook app has gone. I had repeatedly refused to update the non-stock version because it's horrible, with no easy way to show posts in date order instead of top stories, but now I get an "App isn't installed" message when I click the icon so it looks like I'll have to install the non-stock after all. Booooooo!
3. I did have a toolbar widget in my notification bar to easily switch things like wifi, data and bluetooth on and off but this now appears in the middle of the lockscreen, along with alll other notifications! Some might find it quite handy but I've now turned mine off beause the card layout makes it reasonably easy to get to these options from the notification bar, albeit with a bit more sliding!
Other than that, so far so good.

Anyone else getting random reboots since updating to lollipop? Cant be annoyed doing a hard reset as it only happens once every day or two.

Still having issues with mine, sim card still fails to be found. After 3 or 4 reboots it finds it but then will reboot automatically after about an hour and then no sim card. I'll be going to the shop either today or tomorrow , ready for some numpty to tell me to factory reset it, nice.

In the end I did a factory wipe, set the phone up how it was and everything is working ok. Still think android backup system is behind apples but I'm all up and working. Battery life is better but probably due to the fact I didn't reinstall a lot of the apps I had on before.

Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and do the factory reset. It's a pain but glad it's sorted now.
