Hi,

 

Anyone experienced problems with LG G4, where the phone won't start up, or gets to the LG Life is good screen and turns off? Tried to do a hard reset but, when I go to the option to erase all data, I press yes and the phone just freezes.

 

Its still in warranty, purchased on 7/6/2015, but any ideas welcome.

Cheers @MI5 & @Cleoriff, I have a number for the complaints review service, which i received after my complaint regarding the repair of my phone was upheald. I have been trying to get hold of them since Friday, but you hold for 6.30 minutes and it says to try again later. Why give a number that doesn't work? I have been trying it constantly for different periods of time.

I've just received from mycare\Admin Team - strange....

 

Dear O2 Customer,

Thank you for your unlatching request for IMEI XXXXXXXXXX. The
mobile number that you provided is 07740XXXXXX.

We don't have code for this one in our database & We have already
requested this from the manufacturer usually the codes when requested
comeback by next day, however these days we are facing some delays form
their end.
 
I'll have this requested & pass it on to you as soon as we get the code
back.

Ah yes. In fact the one I gave on checking again is for complaints. The one you show is CRS. (One step beyond) . I guess you have to keep trying @Anonymous, slight_frown
