It's been released for O2 i9100 phones already You should be able to get it off Kies or OTA via the phones settings menu.

Enjoy the upgrade mate. Don't forget to make a full back up to Kies and then do a factory reset before finally doing a restore from Kies if you find you are getting any glitches, crashes etc (can happen sometimes after an upgrade).
