Voicemail not working - Iphone

Hello,

My voicemail on iPhone has all of a sudden stopped working, my last voicemail left was over a month ago! We have tested leaving voicemails however there is nothing coming through.

Is there any chance I need to update my SIM or is there settings I need to check?

Try turning off and on again.

Yes we have tried this several times to no avail! Is there anyway the voicemail can get full etc? Or is this likely an issue at O2's end?
