Nice, very nice. Same screen size as mine but, I believe, a larger phone then my S10+. The dual sim is useful and a very good camera. And lovely colour sapphire blue. Well done @Cleoriff enjoy playing with your new phone.

It's coming by Royal Mail?! Surely it should have been couriered. We're not talking about a hoodie here but a very expensive phone.
What were they thinking

No idea whether it's coming by Royal Mail or courier @Glory1
I shall have to ask...
Well thinking of my own phone @Cleoriff that was sent by courier and I would have thought your new phone would be delivered the same way. I can't see O2 trusting Royal Mail to deliver an expensive phone, they'd want a signature for a start as proof it had been delivered. Also Royal Mail are not known for their careful handling of anything breakable. I can't believe they'd put it in the post. I've had 3 phones delivered to me by O2 and all 3 came by DHL or UK Mail. None were trusted to Royal Mail.
Having mentioned about obtaining a signature, UK Mail who delivered my present phone didn't bother. Just handed me the phone and off he went. Just as well I'm honest, isn't it. I could have claimed I'd never received it and UK Mail had no proof I had as I never signed for it.
Anyway, hope it arrives today, safe and sound @Cleoriff.
