Ive recenty bought a Huawei Psmart, and now i have heard that i wont be getting any updates for the phone. What can i do? Can me and my husband exchange them for new phones? 

 

We have both had the phones for 16 days.

@SheenaEvans @The cooling off period is 14 days so they won’t replace it at 16 days & your phones will still be supported until otherwise said

Huawei have successfully applied for a court injunction which has been granted for 90 days in order to continue negotiations over the issue. 

Many in the industry now feel this will blow over, so you have nothing to worry about. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I agree with the other Community comments and ~

Nothing has happened to you yet.

Keep your phones and enjoy them use them as normal ~ it will all sort itself out

this kind of issue has far reaching affects ~ it will need to be sorted out by

higher authorities.

Hopefully the panic IS over and peoples' minds will be put at ease. I'm sure the situation will be sorted out during the 90 days grace.
