Hi I'm again trying to send a message...
I was misold my contract at carphone warehouse. My huawei phone freezes, loses sound, doesn't ring, has a mirrored effect back which has cracked all over.
I have tried contacting C W but have had no response. The localish store has closed.
What can I do?? Paying out so much money for a product that is inferior and not fit for purpose...

Hi @Akorn

If your phone is still under warranty you should contact Huawei. https://www.huawei.com/uk/contact-us

Also if you need to contact O2 about your contract, you need to call on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

You should also be aware that if the back of the phone is damaged the repairers may refuse to open up the phone or you might be liable to pay for the repair.

As the phone stands, the first thing to try would be a replacement sim card from an O2 store.

If the phone is freezing it sounds like a rogue app so have a look at a possible factory reset or uninstalling apps one by one to see if the issue is fixed.
