Hi lads & Cleoriff

re: the above  ^   ^   ^

just got off the phone talking with a lovely woman at O2 CS ...name of Rachel (don't know the name of the call centre) but @Toby can you feed back & get this lovely woman who helped me right royally 'a credit' please?

Right I have 3 bolt-ons:

1: 300mb data

2: £6 per month O2 insurance (sorry jonsie you told me not to go with this) but for convenience sake I did,         that & the fact that my bank's excess is £250 (I later found out) ... & an O2 town shop salesman said I           could get 2 phones for that

3: Travel Europe

Well, at least I now know what it is I've got

I don't see any sense in paying for stuff eg extra data which I'm not going to use

thank you slight_smile

Makes perfect sense Jane and the insurance isn't too bad at £6/month wink

That sounds as if it's accidental damage cover only.

It is.
£12 a month if you want full cover.
