@MI5 & @Anonymous

I've got 300mb

is that 100mb per bolt-on?

Sorry lads if I'm making this hard work

I'm gonna check with cs on 202

If they speak to me slowly (for my benefit) I'll be alright

Well, I got through the pressing of buttons Ok to hear the phone ringing, but they cut me off before anything else happened

I'll cs on 202 again later

but as I'm now going into town for other things ..... I may just pop into the O2 shop & get them to help me

thanks again lads

I cannot see any reason to have 3x 100MB bundles.....it would probably be cheaper just to have 1x 500MB bundle.

Just see what customer services say frst of all.

Just remember Jane now you are using WiFi here there and everywhere you certainly do not need all those data bundles. ....and you will certainly see that bill drop dramatically...

I honestly doubt there will be 3 data bundles on the account.

Yes, mine mirrors that but it should say exactly what they are. They certainly won't all be data.
