I tried Friday and kept crashing then was trying all day yesterday and only managed to get it in at 11PM😂

Trust me it was a pain in the ass, and was about to give up, but had one more chance before I gave up... and it worked so think I was more lucky than anything else...

Yup I also got the text and email saying:

"We need to let you know the delivery of your order is taking longer than expected. Sorry. It should be with you between Up to 1 week"

Tracking on MyO2 still says ETA of the 20th though.

I gave up after the 6th OTAC and that stuck order before I got locked out. The contact centre put my order through for me in the end. My EE order went through at 15:30 so hopefully that’ll arrive quickly.

Battled through the website outages and eventually made my order at 14:45, my parters went in at 18:50, we’re both still scheduled for delivery on the 20th with no notification of a later delivery. Both on online switch up deals

What did you order? Could depend on the version and capacity.

I ordered the 16 Pro Max Natural Titanium 1TB.

That’ll likely be it. Mine is 16 Pro Max 256GB in Black, and hers is the 16 Pro 128GB in Desert Titanium. Would have thought the lower storage and cheaper option would have been more popular

I only ordered the 256GB Pro Max too and I got that message at about 9 this evening.  I ordered on Friday at about 3pm, but my wife who ordered at about 5pm on Friday hasn't had the message.

I'm sure it's all fine, but it is a little bit weird.

I had the same issue so cancelled mine using that option. just have to wait 2-3 days for the cancellation process to complete before I can try and pre-order again. I’m just going to pre-order a different model now hopefully should all be sorted in time for Friday.

If you cancel an order via MyO2/online it should complete within 24 hours, any deposits or charges refund within 7-days.
