Tried again to Switch Up in store today. Everything was fine, credit
check done and got to the checkout, hit with an error and could not
proceed. Tried again, same error. Two stores across two days, two
failures. Wtf??
To be fair, they did say I was on a "new" system compared to the older
one which was having problems. They did process it through right to the
end until they got an error, which they predicted beforehand. Still not
a great experience though. Will be ...
Rushed on the train to my local store before it closed, got there, tried
to Switch Up and they said their systems were down. But also was told I
can now Switch Up online which was new. Was hurried out the store. Guess
what... I can't do it online and...
