You have to remember the model seems to be affecting supplies and to be affair to other places some models are still constrained in the supply chain,
we have an an Apple store, three EE stores, two O2 stores, four Carphone Warehouses, three Curry’s etc etc in Norwich but you wouldn’t walk in anywhere in the city and get a 12.9 inch model.
loads of places had the 11 inch model though.
However, you would get them everywhere within two weeks. Apart from O2.

I've noticed the website changed from 'more than 4 weeks' to 'up to a week' and is now back to 'more than 4 weeks'. I ordered the new 12.9 model and have had no update on expected delivery date.
So is the new stock going to those that order when they are lucky enough to hit 'Next day delivery' or 'Up to a week', going to stores or are actually going to people who have been waiting weeks?

Live chat is no help at all and have no dates but have effectively said it will arrive when it will arrive.
This is the second time I've had to order as twice before the order was cancelled by O2 including the pre-order, looking at other networks...

Just speaking to the online chat, I won't believe it until I receive the dispatch note but see below:
I've checked the stock availability again and it shows that the iPad is available in stock.
I've raised the request to get the delivery done for you. You should receive the iPad in the next 24 hours.
