I placed an order on the 2nd of December, the deposit was taken from my bank account and I have had not one update regarding the order.
I've chatted online, called up, and spoken in store and not one person can give me an update on when I'll be receiving it. I checked today and it is now saying an additional five weeks wait on the 12.9" 1tb space grey model that I've ordered.
I'm extremely frustrated with this as it was a christmas present and I was initially promised three weeks.
No email updates, no text updates, not even an update on "My o2" as it has not been dispatched.

Got an update.. luckily I was at home, but mine finally turned up! I received no text message stating it was out for delivery. It just turned up. so 1 month and 1 day for delivery of mine. I hope yours turns up today!

I ordered my iPad pro 1TB on 2nd November and finally after waiting an eternity it got despatched yesterday.....
I only realised as they had done a tariff change.... insane it has taken so long!
