On Tuesday 30 October, Apple held a special event in which they announced new Macbook's & Mac Mini's. They also unveiled two brand new iPad's which are their best ones yet, and which mark the biggest change to iPad since, well, iPad.

The new iPad Pro's will be available to pre-order on O2 from this Friday, 2 November, on the links below.

I placed an order on the 2nd of December, the deposit was taken from my bank account and I have had not one update regarding the order. 

I've chatted online, called up, and spoken in store and not one person can give me an update on when I'll be receiving it. I checked today and it is now saying an additional five weeks wait on the 12.9" 1tb space grey model that I've ordered.

I'm extremely frustrated with this as it was a christmas present and I was initially promised three weeks. 

No email updates, no text updates, not even an update on "My o2" as it has not been dispatched.

Like yourself I placed a order for a 1tb space grey I pad pro 12.9 on the 2nd November 2018 and still no answers 8 weeks nearly.😡

turns out after sending an email to the complaints department last night I received another out of stock email.

Think it’s just a generic email they send,just can’t add up why the long wait yet very little conversation coming back to the customer from 02 .were still like mushrooms in the dark waiting.

Spent 44 minutes on the phone arguing with one of the staff,then he put me on hold and walked away.thats seems to be the attitude of rude staff who won’t answer a simple answer yet send you a questionnaire after asking how they did?.

All i get is nothing of value, no compensation for time waiting on the delivery, and no clear indication of arrival of stock!

Got an update.. luckily I was at home, but mine finally turned up! I received no text message stating it was out for delivery. It just turned up. so 1 month and 1 day for delivery of mine. I hope yours turns up today!

I ordered my iPad pro 1TB on 2nd November and finally after waiting an eternity it got despatched yesterday.....

I only realised as they had done a tariff change.... insane it has taken so long!
