Spent 44 minutes on the phone arguing with one of the staff,then he put
me on hold and walked away.thats seems to be the attitude of rude staff
who won’t answer a simple answer yet send you a questionnaire after
asking how they did?.
Think it’s just a generic email they send,just can’t add up why the long
wait yet very little conversation coming back to the customer from 02
.were still like mushrooms in the dark waiting.
Yep I feel your frustration,02 blame apple for lack of supplies but you
have a wait list you order according right?.kept too much in the dark
with 02,7 weeks plus waiting is a joke.
