Hi everyone! 

Thanks for joining the O2 Community! (Or if you haven't yet but would like to, you can register here!). I'm very happy to welcome you here. The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016! 

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like: 

• Pay monthly, Pay as you Go or Business Customer? 
• What phone you currently have? 
• Hobbies and interests? 
• Random or cool facts about you? 

If you have any suggestions, questions about anything to do with O2 or the Community give us a shout or drop me a private message!

Some of the new members may have already asked a question and I hope that you found the answers here, where those who have similar experiences can offer advice in a non-technical way, as I myself found when I first joined.

But this is way more than just a "problem solving" forum. It is, as "it says on the tin", a Community.

It is your Community, where you can share your views on the latest products and services, but more than that can join in with a range of "off topic" subjects - whether you have an interest in music, TV shows, quizzes, you name it and more than likely its being chatted about. So have a look around and then post your views or simply join in.

Thought it was high time to reply to this, so here goes...

Chose to join O2, as according to OFCOM https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/mobile-coverage it's the best/widest coverage up here in the Lake District. Have to admit to being happy thus far 😉

Picked monthly after checking comments here, to reduce costs/increase coverage here and overseas.

After spending 30 years in Essex slowly transtioning from loving to loathing my work, I'm now dividing my time between cinema work and travelling. OK, so there's more work than travel, but at least I'm back to loving my job again
