Virgin Media O2 is saddened by the devastating earthquake in Turkey (officially known as Türkiye) and Syria and is taking steps to support customers and the relief efforts.

Virgin Media O2 will:
- Credit back the cost of voice calls and SMS messages for our customers to and from the UK to Turkey and Syria from 6 to 20 February. This is inclusive of O2 Pay Monthly, O2 Pay As You Go, Virgin Mobile, Virgin Media Home Phone, and Virgin Media O2 Business customers.
- We’re also supporting humanitarian charity, Jangala’s offer to the emergency response in Turkey and Syria to provide internet-enabling ‘Big Boxes’ – funded by Virgin Media O2 – to help provide internet connectivity to support the relief efforts in the countries.
