3 of us are with O2- still can't reach our son's O2 mobile at Sheffield from our landline. Has the same fault message when test calling same way to my own O2 mobile here in the Midlands - not even receiving on Tu Go (over Wi-Fi) but no problem reaching my wife also with O2 sitting next to me! What's the logic of this selective problem?

Status checker said my area was fine - yet I'm having to resort to my land line (shock horror) to make (chargeable) calls. Not receiving texts or calls since lunch time - not even on TuGo over wifi
