I am getting a bit annoyed with this now. I can send a text one minute, then the next minute I cannot. My phone says I have exeeded the retries with texts! Why?! O2 SORT IT OUT!

Well its nearly 7pm and I still have no service neither does my partner, does anyone have any idea when this will be back on:smileysad:

I have had 'no service' since mid-afternoon-ish - in Canterbury. Now I am in South London, and still 'no service'. Any news or views?

I have had no service since 13:00 this afternoon. My husband has not lost service at all. We both have a HTC One X phone. Can't work that out. So much for O2 saying that they fixed the problem 2 hours ago. Thinking of changing my provider who I have actually been with since it was BT Cellnet!!!

No service in York since 3pm. Website very poorly updated. There should be regular messages, even if they just say 'we're working our socks off to get this sorted, please bear with us'. We can all understand that network errors happen, but what is inexcusable is your total lack of any form of customer communication about this.
It's a great pity that I have just this month agreed a 24-month contract!
