Hi all,

First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling.

So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are slight_smile

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Hope to speak soon!

Leonard

You would need to sell it on and buy yourself another phone.

I agree with MI5, it's yours to do what you like with, so you can sell it, keep the sim card though.

Hi Harry, I pay £15.50 pm too... but get 600 mins, 300 O2 to O2 mins, unlimited texts and 500MB data. It is a simplicity 12 months tariff. Why don't you phone O2 on 202 free from your phone and check it out? Hope this is helpful.. Nilima

I think you can lower your tariff after 9 months.

u get 2 drops

1st drop to the tariff below ur current tariff
2nd drop minimum period a month after your first drop. again only the tariff below ur current tariff.

once u have dropped ur tariff twice. that's it. u can't drop more than 2 drops in ur contract period

You can only lower the tariff once now midway through your contract, it changed a few months ago.
