So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are

Hi, just got an iPhone 5, and Im in the process of waiting for the PAC code to become valid. If I download apps and music in the meantime, will they remain on the phone when I return to my old number?
