Hi everyone,


First rewards of 2023 is here! We had a great month here on the community during December, much due to the rather merry Christmas event 🎄

Every month we reward members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community, those who took their time to participate on the community and that helped keeping it a fun place to be. 

 

And as we appreciate your contributions to the community, we would like to credit your next bill or PAYG balance.


Below there’s a list with all rewarded members (it continues on my next reply). If you're on the list, please click my name above and send me a private message with the mobile number you'd like credited, and I'll let you know your reward.

Same here nothing for the last 2 months, and not the first time its been delayed a couple of months.... 

 

It would be good to get an answer of when its going to be applied....

Just gone through my bills and definitely two months missing not including the last reward which should show up on the next bill.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

As shop steward for FMFTGUU (Forum Members and Free Time Givver Uppers Union) I shall be balloting members for possible strike action 😂

Hey everyone,

 

Firstly apologies for the delay in getting the past few months community rewards credited to your accounts. Unfortunately the team who apply the credits have had and exceptionally busy few months which has delayed the reward crediting process. 

 

We are working to get the backdated rewards applied ASAP however it's likely they will be applied alongside January's rewards in early February. 

 

I'll update the recent rewards topics once I have confirmation that the crediting process happening.

Got my January bill today. Sadly no rewards showing  Three months missing now.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
