May is here so it's time for some rewards! April was again quite a busy month on the community, we had the Easter Week and and many other activities and discussions going on, so now it’s time to say thanks to all of you who have participated in our community during last month's events 

Every month we reward members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community, those who took their time to participate on the community and that helped keeping it a fun place to be. 

And as we appreciate your contributions to the community, we would like to credit your next bill or PAYG balance.

I have tried doing what you said in your email but there’s no link to your name, only a link to the Community Awards page…which is not a private message.

Click Rafa's name from the first post, then on the next page select the option to send a message.

Hi @Johniboi . If you click on this name ie @RafaC it will take you to @RafaC's personal page. Top right hand corner you will see this

I've highlighted Send a Message. Click on that and it will bring up a private message box for Rafa. Give the title as Community Reward and then provide your phone number in the message body. Hope that helps.
