Why isn't O2 actually fixing the mast?W13 8RP seems to be frequently
down, with the status of 'it is likely engineers are working on the
issue'.Does any other area experience this??
It's a fair point. I just wish they would share updates with the
helpdesk, who simply read the same line as I can from the service
status. It's very frustrating.
