So yesterday Apple announced the Series 3 apple watch which if you buy the cellular version needs to be the same network as your phone in order to use.
When I checked the list of networks offering the apple watch in the UK on Apple's website the only option was EE.
So my question is: Are 02 looking into this as an option going forwards because I would like the new watch but I dont want to have to move networks in order to do so as I have been with 02 for nearly 20 years back when it was BT Cellnet!

so, how is the urgrade on us going to work, any official word yet?
iirc my phone arrived last year around the end of september due to being messed around by O2 promising i would get it for launch day, do i have to wait to this day to process my upgrade THEN wait for all the new customers to get theirs and stock to be available for the ones that are stuck waiting?
Also my iphone 7+ is 128GB version, now that that option isnt there do i get the 256GB version instead or are you going to demand extra money from me for that size phone?
I hope the upgrade is like for like or as close? ie youre not just going to offer me a 64GB iphone 8?
Would love a official answer on this please?
Maybe this time around keep your original customers happy instead of just grabbing new ones? after all theres going to be plenty leaving to get the watch 3 with EE,
Last year i was ONE day away from saying forget everything im off to EE, i hope i dont get messed around the same again this year.

im away until the 16th of oct anyway but i bet there wont be stock in a actual store for quite a while after that.
Bet it will be nearer Dec before i get one

theres a bit that says No charge : get your latest phone on us today
And then lower down it says about paying off my phone (£455) and mentions 1st of October 2018 on that bit.
