O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

Got my tariff change text at 3pm today but no email regarding delivery. The end is near! Does anyone know about the extra 10gb of data you get for picking a 10gb package? It only says my allowance is 10gb on my o2 instead of 20 at the moment

Must have got a sizeable consignment in. Order confirmed at 16:30ish on the 27th after being locked out of my account all day, but my tariff has changed and DPD have the package for delivery tomorrow.

For anybody with questions about the extra 10gb you are hoping to get, i have just spoke with the oh so helpfull live chat...... they said once you receive the phone and start using it the extra 10gb will be added then.

Anyone know whether orders on Nov 8 will be shipped either in 2017 or 2018?

If you can’t see your order on the DPD website, try downloading the app and use your phone number and email to sign in. It should then show under active deliveries and state that they’re expecting your parcel shortly.

I just checked myo2 and my tariff has updated and order says "complete".

I have a tracking number but I can't track it, it says UK Mail etc.

iPhone Silver 64gb ordered on the 19th for home delivery. 

Weird thing though - I have not received a text or an email regarding the tariff, is there a reason for that?

Well what do you know..LC have just told me its going to be another 2-4 weeks. Luckily I was calling 202 at the same time, who said the same due to a mix up in the order and would I like to cancel my order and re-order it...precisely 2 seconds after the nice lady said that, ping in my inbox... You will be pleased to know your order is on its way email.....WTAF? Anyway by all accounts its now arriving tomorrow....time will tell 😕
