Hi, What is the procedure for iPhone 15 Switch Up? I notice in the small print that it has to be done in store because of the physical check up of the phone - so I guess queue at the O2 store on launch day?

Just called my local O2 store and they have no information - I was meant to get my handset today but I guess if O2 store doesn't know, and 202 doesn't know... then *shrugs*

After O2 store having no information or clue, spoke to 202 and spoke to live chat - no one has any clue or update at all. So if the stores cannot see, if customer services cannot see, if live chat cannot see any updates then...
