Hi,

I have recently ended my contract with O2 for mobile. My wife still has a contract along with my 2 children (children were originally virgin contract). I have Virgin media which is a Volts package and was set up with discounts applied. I had a text message the other day to say now i have ended my O2 contract i will lose my "superchanged" benefits but it didn't tell me what they would be. Could you clarify for me please.

regards

Mark Scott

@MarkS2

It is just your number that will lose the Volt benefits.

You will all retain the BB speed increase and the other mobiles will keep their double data and travel inclusive.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
