Hi dear, I was told that I was getting 4GB when I was switching my phone to O2. Can I get the 4 GB as I was told please?

Was this Volt with Virgin Broadband

The extra is added around 14 days after sign up along with other Volt benefits 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
