Resolved! I'm eligible for Volt but the website is saying I am not

I had Virgin Broadband installed on Monday and am a Pay Monthly customer however the website is saying that I am not eligible. The chatbot didn't help and wouldn't connect me to a person to speak to. How do I get this setup?

New o2 customer, already with virgin media

Hi Just activated my o2 sim and setup my o2 app. When I click on the volt guide in the app or website it says its unable to retrieve my details. Any ideas? cheers Matt
