data on contract not what i was told

Just signed up with virgin account last night & was told 4gb sim 

just had email from O2 regards sim coming and states 2gb data i have the transcript from virgin chat last night stating 4gb

how to i speak with them to sort it out. cant see anything to speak with someone or chat anywhere and not got the O2 sim yet anyway
