Solved: I made a mistake in signing up for the SIM card.

I signed up for the 02 sim card through Virgin media yesterday, but I have to use the old number. However, I got an e-mail saying that I was signed up with a new number. Can you change it? Or you have to unsubscribe. The SIM card is being delivered now.

You need to get your PAC from current provider and give it to O2 to port your number.
