Hi, I’m a volt customer and have recently built a garden room at the back of the property , how do I get free WiFi pods as the WiFi signal is very poor in garden room.

Just to say it is Virgin that handle this and not O2.

Also be aware that the pods will not presently work with a Hub 5

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

 That number is actually for there own shop staff to call on so may get short shrift from VM, the customer services numbers for VM are 150 from a Virgin Phone or 0345 454 1111

It's actually directly off the Virgin website and the number I called to get mine.

No short shrift and a very helpful agent who sorted me out in a few minutes.
