Have been waiting 2 weeks now for the Volt to be activated.  Both O2 and Virgin media customer.  Keep checking on my app, it now restarts the app if I check.. on line just go round in circles... Come on O2, get it sorted.

Hi, 

 

I changed my tariff beginning of June, its taken until now for them to sort it.  In the end I lodged a formal complaint which also got ignored but someone on the facebook team managed to get it sorted on their 2nd attempt of contacting Virgin.
