Virgin is in the process of upgrading our contract and the new package includes a new O2 sim card. The order number is KMM2138119360V53061L0KM
However they have passed you the wrong email address and so I now have just received an email asking me to verify david.j.tookey**Personal info**. The new sim should be included in my current O2 account which is mootiebelle**Personal info**
Can you resolve please?
