O2 Volt benefits still not active after over 14 days

Hi, I’m an O2 and VM customer and am eligible for volt Benefits. After waiting over a month with no progress on the volt benefits activating, I rang O2 support (over 2 weeks ago). The person said they raised a ticket to have the benefits activated for my phone and to wait up to 14 days. 
I’ve waited over 14 days already and the benefits still haven’t activated….

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
