If you believe you're eligible for Volt benefits but can't find or select the offer in My O2, make sure the address on your O2 account matches the address on the Virgin Media broadband service account, whether it's in your name or another resident's in your household. If you've verified everything is accurate but still can't see the option to activate your benefits, then contact O2 by dialling 202 from your O2 mobile.
