Hi, here because I'm getting frustrated that nothing seems to be happening.
We got a new package with Virgin Media last week which includes an 02 Pay Monthly sim. I'm already with 02 on a Classic PAYG SIM, so thought I would take advantage of this being included. I just want to keep my existing number.
I've filled in the online form three times, yet I've had no contact from 02 via text or e-mail and nothing has changed on my service at all. I've double-checked that all the information is correct on the form too.
Can anyone explain why nothing is happening?

You need to contact O2.
