I had confirmation my volt benefits are now active so can you confirm if my internet has been boosted and how do I receive my pods

You need to check on your virgin account for the speed boost and also call virgin to get the pods.
Your O2 data boost will show in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
Plus if you’re a Volt or Gig1 customer, Intelligent WiFi Plus is included with your package – just call 0800 064 3836.
