No double data after 3 O2 shop visits

Hello, 

Ive been an 02 customer maybe 20yrs and virgin customer 5yrs.

I took out my 02 airtime bill thinking id get double data with volt on benefits. 5months on im still trying to get them. Been to o2 shop 3 times and keep being told nothing they can do as addresses are same. Talk to virgin but i try talk to virgin and they say go to O2. 

Why can it be so hard 🫠
