New Volt benefits and charges or contact changes

I have just availed of the Volt supercharge benefits on O2 which doubles my data allowance.It says a new order has been placed.Does this generate a new broadband contract for me with Virgin media and do I incur any charges.

Also the virgin media is registered under my name at my address.How do other members of the household benefit from Volt supercharge if they are on a O2 mobile contract.

If you apply for Volt via O2 then your broadband speed can increase with Virgin but it will not be a new contract.

To be sure of Volt Benefits on O2 other members of your family are best applying through My O2
