Why can’t I sign into my o2 account

There has been a lot of this recently :-

1. have you tried logging in using the MyO2 link at the top of this webpage ? 

2. have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting your 'phone and re-installing it ?  

Please ask for further suggestions if those do not resolve your problem.
