Hello,
We took a virgin media volt contract despite not needing or wanting the o2 sim. It has never been taken out of the packaging and never used. I am trying to cancel this SIM card as I am still being charged but it won’t allow me to log into the account online.
please could somebody contact me regarding cancelling this as we’re also cancelling our virgin media.
