How do I get volt benefits applied to my wife's account?

I'm a newish o2 customer and a long time virgin media customer.

I've managed to get volt benefits on both my o2 account and my virgin account successfully, but my wife has also moved to o2 and volt hasn't been applied to her o2 account.

Is this something I can take care of, or will she need to do it?

For clarity, we're at the same address so I think that means she's eligible too.

Thank you!

Contact customer service then I guess. Message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
