Have Virgin Media and O2 but still no Volt benefits

We have had both VM full packages and O2 for years now. Weeks ago, we signed up, via O2 for Volt. A month later still nothing. Still same VM broadband speed, still no enhancement of O2 phone account. Tried several times to contact the uncontactable VM. Tried again via Twitter, VM replies, washing its hands, blaming O2 for the problem. Help.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or you can call 0344 809 0202 

 

Or you can call Virgin on 0345 454 1111 just expect a looooong wait on the phone... And woe betides you get through to the useless Manila Call Centre...
