BILLING A NON CUSTOMER

I am complaining that I keep receiving messages from o2, last month I was billed to pay 12 pounds as due, this month I am billed to pay 220 pounds as due.

Please I want to state categorically that I am not o2 customer, I have never used any of your services, may be I might in the future but for now I am not using any o2 services.

The mix up is from Virgin media submitting my name and address to o2 when I wanted to have a contract with them, but however cancelled the contract immediately and they asked me to contact o2 and tell them that I am not interested in the sim card. I did contact o2 about the matter telling them no need to continue,o2 went ahead vand send the sim card. Ever since then, o2 has been giving me bills. I returned the sim card they sent me without opening it, and if you check your system you  will see that IT WAS NEVER ACTIVATED NOR USED.

I have documents showing what has transpired. Please check your record and  discontinue this as I do not wish to have any bad record on my name.

Thanks

Ujunwa Nzube

@UJ This is a customer to customer community, not O2. We have no access to anyone else's account.
You need to contact O2 on 0344 809 0202, or 0800 902 0217 (Payment Management Team) or 0800 032 1402

Virgin Media customer service is 150 from a Virgin landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
