Activate volt but how does my second device get the benefits ?

Any help appreciated 

activated volt and gave my sons number to team. Told he could use my benefits on his device . Can’t work out how to activate this anywhere

You do it in my o2, and go into each number and activate the volt benefits...

 

Bare in mind the address needs to match on both accounts, otherwise you cant activate the Benefits

Current Phone: Sony XPeria Pro-I and Motorola Razr 5G
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

We are all customers and dont have access to any o2 accounts
