Virgin activated a SIM card request for service I don’t need for another 6 weeks but Virgin now don’t answer their phone and O2 don’t provide a phone number. Cant access the account either because you’ve not sent me the SIM card yet and the activation code has gone there.
Difficult to work with.

You need to speak to Virgin Media on 0345 454 1111 as they will have requested the sim card when the order was placed, as it seems to be linked to how they used to provision the old Oomph Sim Cards.

Keep trying Virgin or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
