You've sent me an e mail suggesting you've changed my order as requested. I am unaware of asking for any changes to my recently opened account with you. Please advise. Thanks

@Maureen73

Nothing to worry about.

O2 send this text when you are changed to the new billing system.

Oh but it is something to worry about because the customer did not request anything and O2 is suggesting they did. It must have wasted 1000s of hours of customers' time. Truly disgraceful.

I've also wasted about 45 mins of my life trying to find my contract. Another O2 triumph. Leaving just as soon as I can without penalty.

In MyO2, under billing details, "My Documents", @ByeByeOhTwo - Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Although it sounds like you'll need this if you're looking to leave: text INFO to 85075 to find out how much you will have to pay to leave, then

use Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

Good luck!
