Have been waiting 2 weeks now for the Volt to be activated. Both O2 and Virgin media customer. Keep checking on my app, it now restarts the app if I check.. on line just go round in circles... Come on O2, get it sorted.

I have o2 vault with my virgin media package which I have never ever used. I think I have less than a year left on my contract and I just want to cancel my o2 part because I've paying almost £12 a month for absolutely nothing. How do I cancel this?
